The TaylorMade Spider GT sets new standards in performance and modern construction. The modern blade design has sharp, angular features and extreme perimeter weighting for optimal forgiveness and roll.
The most striking feature of the Spider GT is the ultra-lightweight top plate that complements the perimeter-weighted construction. It is made of anodized aluminum, which provides both a premium look and longer durability compared to paint or PVD coatings.
Spider GT Notchback
The TaylorMade Spider GT Notchback is the most classically shaped member of the new Spider family. A lightweight 6061 aluminum body combines with heavy dual-tungsten weights on the outside (heel-toe) for stability, forgiveness and distance control.
It combines traditional mid-mallet shaping with modern construction. A shorter face and wider area from lead to trail edge create a time-honored shape enhanced by dual tungsten weights for forgiveness and stability.
Spider GT Rollback
The TaylorMade Spider GT Rollback top design facilitates centering the golf ball at address and provides an alignment aid to help visualize the path to the hole. In general, the GT Rollback was designed to inspire confidence. It uses two different surfaces to further aid alignment.
It combines traditional shaping with modern construction. The classic half-moon design is complemented by a heavy tungsten rollbar for added weight around the perimeter and increased stability. No matter how you look at it, it's stability from every angle.
Spider GT Splitback
The TaylorMade Spider GT Splitback features a stainless steel head with enhanced perimeter weighting for stability and consistent distance control. The white rear cavity is designed for improved alignment and guarantees the easiest and most accurate aiming.
Its classic design and tour-proven head shape ensure maximum precision and also give it a simply timeless look.

Perimeter weighted for forgiveness and stability
This is the first Spider to feature an open multi-material design. Two steel side wings (90 g each) shift 82% of the putter's total weight to the perimeter, keeping the Spider GT extremely stable on off-center hits. The design combined with Pure Roll² provides consistent roll, time after time.
