This new material generates so much extra ball speed that Mizuno's engineers have turned their focus to feel and getting the ball to stop quickly on the green. 4335 Nickel Chromoly is 35% stronger than the original Hot Metal material, allowing for the construction of a high energy face that is 8% thinner. Combined with Mizuno's vibration-controlling V-chassis and a deep CG design, the JPX923 Hot Metal irons are equally comfortable to play, controllable and long.
