Ping G430 Max HL Driver

The Ping G430 Max HL is the most mistake tolerant driver in golf and is also considered one of the longest. It uses lighter weights (11g), the Alta Quick shaft and a lighter grip to deliver more ball speed with extreme forgiveness. In tests, players with slow swing speeds gained an average of nine yards of distance with the HL build.

Optimized Forged T9S+ Face
A flatter, thinner face with variable thickness and the new head design play a balanced role in saving face weight while creating more resiliency. The result is higher ball speeds that produce our biggest distance gains yet.

Acoustic Design
Research into audio frequencies and sounds led Ping's engineers to a new internal rib structure and increased crown and sole stability. This results in the desired sound experience at impact.

Spinsistency
New to this driver family is a variable face curvature consisting of less loft on the lower half of the face. Performance is enhanced, especially on thin-hitting clubs. Reduced spin leads to higher ball speeds and consistently longer drives.

Maximum forgiveness
To maximize ball flight and distance, the 11-gram high-density tungsten weight can be individually adjusted. Draw, Neutral and Fade settings can add up to ±7 yards of distance difference.

Adjust Loft & Lie
Trajectory Tuning 2.0 uses a lightweight, aerodynamic hosel that offers 8-positions to adjust trajectory for maximum distance and accuracy.

G430 High Launch (HL)
In Ping's own tests, golfers with slow swing speeds gained an average of 8 yards off the tee. This gain in length results from higher ball speed, which is achieved through the HL Custom Build's lower system weight (11 g back weight, PING ALTA Quick shaft and Lamkin UTx grip).
