The Ping 2023 Tomcat 14 putter convinces with its construction. It is made of several different materials and produces the highest moment of inertia among the new putters. A lighter aluminum body is connected to a 304 stainless steel sole plate to position the center of gravity low and back. Dotted runway-style lines in ball width track all the way to the ball for easy alignment. Smooth milled face delivers the most direct feel at slightly higher ball speeds.
Multi-Material Mallet
To make the clubhead very stable, achieve extreme moment of inertia and improve accuracy and consistency, the Tomcat 14 uses a die-cast aluminum body bonded to a high-density investment-cast 304 stainless steel. A soleplate allows for a center of gravity that is positioned low and rearward. The Tomcat 14 features the highest moment of inertia of the new PING putters.
