Sehr cooles und hilfreiches Übungsgerät
Der swing Trainer bringt tatsächlich eine deutliche Ruhe in den Schwung, ich empfehle aber die YouTube Videos anzuschauen, da eine Erklärung beim Kauf fehlt. Das Teil trainiert die Muskeln und bringt Ruhe in den Schwung.
